You are here because you feel hurt, sad, anxious, angry, nervous, ashamed or perhaps lonely. Maybe you lack confidence or self esteem. Maybe your social or intimate relationships are causing you stress. Maybe you lack self-care or your excesses have affected you destructively.
Maybe quite simply, life could be better.
Most of all, searching the internet and self help books haven’t been enough, and you need someone to talk to. Someone who will listen without fear of judgement, and who will acknowledge your sometimes overwhelming feelings.
As a qualified and experienced counsellor, I will work with you through your difficult times.
I offer counselling to adults regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation, race and social history. The only requirement is that you can speak and understand English!
For those unfamiliar with counselling, starting out can feel unusual. We’re not used to the attentiveness and the genuine yet sometimes uncomfortable feedback, delivered by someone who cares. And it may take time to feel comfortable about expressing some of the things that we’ve been holding onto for so long, perhaps without realising.
